"Who is like unto God?"  Saint Michael the Archangel belongs to the Third Hierarchy of the Choirs of Angels known as Messengers.We first hear of Saint Michael in the great battle in heaven with satan or Lucifer, Apocalypse 12,7.
After the revolt of Lucifer where one third of angels followed him Saint Michael led an army of good angels and armed with a sword of the light of God raised it high as the two armies clashed. Saint Michael uttered the question to Lucifer and his angels "Who is like unto God?" in Hebrew it means MI-KA-EL. The result of the battle was a victory for Saint Michael and his angels.
